Last night, the Sioux, who pummeled the Gophers last weekend, skated to a mediocre 3-3 tie with the Huskies of Michigan Tech.
I'm not saying a tie is worthless, especially if they can take it tonight (which I believe they will). I'm just sad that they could letdown so much after such a huge weekend. At the same time, I'm somehow not surprised.
If they get 3 points this weekend, everything will be fine. If not...

Hey I wouldn't worry too much about it. A lot of good teams lost last night. Also, I figure the Sioux have to go .750 to make the tourney. Don't give up yet Brandon.
They'll need to go about .800 to make the tourney is what I'm figuring.. Also they might need a little help too, but considering they're all WCHA till then, they should just focus on moving up the standings, last night didn't hurt, at the same time it didn't help..
I don't think it is as bad as some are making it out to be. Its not dire yet. If the Sioux can finish in the Top three and miss the Play in game I don't think it is beyond the relm of possibility for them to win the throphy in St Paul.
They have on tap C.C. who is not impressive this season. They have Badgers and the Sioux haven't done too bad against them lately 4-3 at their barn the last 3 years.
I think UND can do well against DU if they play smart. DU is also missing Bozak who is a stud.
MSU-M has not been impressive and they travel to SCSU and UAA. Not as bad as some have said.
I'm not giving up hope yet. At all. And yeah, I like how someone mentioned me by name
